Ellicott School District 22 will provide positive educational opportunities for all community members in a safe, respectful environment. Furthermore, Ellicott students will acquire the knowledge, skills, and confidence to succeed in an ever-changing world.

- to increase student participation in extracurricular activities to provide the quality and quantity of health services necessary
- to meet the needs of both students and families
- to plan and provide adequate land, facilities, and infrastructure
- to support district programming
- to assist the Ellicott School District in Moving Forward
